Today we have a very cool parts Strat built in the style of Ry Cooder’s infamous “Coodercaster”. This guitar is in good condition with some minor wear and a small, stable crack on the headstock near the Low-E tuner. It features high-end, boutique Lollar pickups with a “Goldfoil” in the neck position for a warm, clear single-coil tone and a Supro-style lap steel pickup in the bridge position, which absolutely screams with a hot, singing tone. A fun instrument with a unique tone and killer setup for slide playing! Today we have Karl Van Der Velden on the demo through a great little used Benson Monarch head and 1x12 cab.
