We bought a £1.50 each box from Lidl and this is what I did with it. On this visit to Lidl I bought some of their savers range steak and I also bought a couple of packets of peppercorn sauce With the idea of putting something together for my family on these hard going evenings with a night story in and the world struggling right now in the current climate Food on a budget feeding your family.
These veg boxes are an absolute lifesaver for me as you can see I had fantastic ingredients in this veg that I’ve come out of split packets on the shopfloor all are still absolutely fine after the best before.

I used my fantastic multi cooker because it saves money on my energy bill..
I purchased mine from Amazon it was under £80. You could also do this recipe very easily on the hob in a pan. I did use my griddle pan on a gas hob to just Brown the steaks off But you could easily just found them off in a frying pan.
