AUTARKH COLLECTIVE is a group of music adventurers from Tilburg (NL) that explore artistic universes in various stylistic contexts. They have been operating as experimental metal quartet AUTARKH since 2019 and as atmospheric drone trio AUTARKH III since 2021, and are as of now also active as free improvisation group AUTARKH COLLECTIVE.

The sophomore Autarkh III album was recorded July 16 - 18, 2024 in @volverstudio in Tilburg. Release date TBA.

AUTARKH III focuses on ambient and drone atmospheres, alternated with sections that are leaning more towards improvisation and heavier down-tempo arrangements. Subtle glitches and dreamy atmospheres are countered with subcutaneous growly whispers and bursts of harmonic epiphanies.
