As the title suggests, this commendation is still very much bugged. Defused grenades don't count towards the Not Today commendation.

Workaround: It appears that changing your Loadout then re-equipping your Final Measure gear solves this issue. I managed it with only 3 FM gear and the NinjaBike Messenger Bag equipped.
