An (ISC)² Women In Cybersecurity report revealed the disparity of women working in cybersecurity as ~24% of the overall workforce and pointed out persisting issues with gender wage gap. Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead in the workplace. Join us for a candid conversation as this diverse panel of Women in Cybersecurity digs deeper into what different cultures are facing and discusses ways of tackling biases; the possibility for something better for us all – true inclusion.
