Captiva Island rivals Sanibel Island with its calm waters and beautiful shore but Captiva stands out in its own ways. With manatee, hammerhead shark, and dolphin sightings, I'm showing you the natural beauty that can't be missed at this west coast Florida beach.

We parked at Turner Beach Park and it was a small lot (GET THERE EARLY TO SECURE A SPOT) for $5 an hour! The location was a great spot that helped to control the amount fo people on the beach because of the small lot size so it was super crowded.
It's also worth mentioning Turner Beach Park also had bathrooms and showers.
The drive through Captiva was very relaxing with tons of greenery on either side of the one road in and out of the island! I would highly recommend Captiva Island as a great, quiet place to rent a vacation home with your family!
