A 22-year-old man is dead following a shooting at a troubled apartment complex on Indy's near northeast side. Just after 9pm Monday night, police say a small disturbance ended with a barrage of gunfire that killed 22-year-old Gregory Stewart. The deadly shooting marks the 4th homicide in less than 2 years at the Blackburn Terrace complex.
