President Xi Jinping arrived in Macau today for a three-day visit to mark the 25th anniversary of the Macau Special Administrative Region. Upon arrival, he was welcomed by local officials and residents. In his speech, Xi described Macau as the "cherished pearl of the motherland" and praised its achievements under the One Country, Two Systems framework. During his visit, he will attend a series of celebratory events, including a gala dinner and the inauguration of the new SAR government.
