Indiana Evans is an Australian actor, singer, and songwriter. She is best known for her starring role in the series ‘Home and Away.’ Indiana had an interest in performing arts ever since she was a child. She was born and raised in Sydney, Australia, and often performed in front of her parents. She later began training in dance.
At the age of 13, she made her acting debut with a small role in the series ‘All Saints.’ She bagged a major career breakthrough the following year, when she appeared in a regular role in the Australian children’s series ‘Snobs.’
In 2004, she was selected to play the role of ‘Matilda Hunter’ in the Australian soap opera ‘Home and Away.’ She appeared in the successful soap opera for 197 episodes and became a household name in Australia. In 2009, she appeared as one of the main leads in the children’s series ‘H2O: Just Add Water.’ In 2014, she played a key role in the American series ‘Secrets and Lies,’ a remake of an Australian series of the same name.
