One year after the update of the ESC guidelines for the management of patients with heart failure, many cardiologists suggest to adopt a so-called "tailored" therapy for patients with heart failure. During the 2022 edition of the European Society of Cardiology congress, we went into depth on the topic of post-heart failure exacerbations, collecting the opinion of Carolyn Lam (Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Singapore).
