All steps:
Before use, carefully read the directions on the packaging and act accordingly. Keep in mind that the drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the humidity of the air and the thickness of the lacquer applied. The aerosols should have room temperature. Always shake the aerosols before use and spray a sample. Before applying the next layer, again shake the aerosol.
Step 1: Protect the tyre with a strong tape.
Step 2: Remove any rust or old paint layers by sanding the surface.
Step 3: Clean and degrease the surface to be treated with silicone remover or degreaser.
Step 4: Mix the metal putty and apply the desired layer thickness to the deeper damage. Let it dry for about 2 hours.
Step 5: Sand the surface and remove the strong tape. Clean and degrease the surface again with the silicone remover or degreaser.
Step 6: Protect the tyre with a strong tape and tape off an ample area around the surface.
Step 7: Apply the primer in several thin layers and let it dry for about 2 hours.
Step 8: Lightly sand the surface and use the silicone remover or degreaser to degrease it again.
Step 9: Apply the wheel spray lacquer in several thin layers and let it dry well.
Step 10: Apply two overlapping layers of clear lacquer, use spot blender if needed. Let it dry thoroughly.
Step 11: Take off the tape.
