ℹ️ Project Info
in this residential project we have a wooden roof construction in combination with steel frames and concrete beams. A graphical override linked to the static ID number of the wooden rafters and beams makes for the colored look

1. this mutilfamily home is currently under construction
what you see is the model we use to generate building plans and derive details from

2. we usually model everything up to a level of detail comparable to the scale 1:50 which is the typical scale in Germany for the main construction documents like floorplans, sections and elevations

3. we layed big emphasis on modelling the roof parts which helped us a lot in order to detect and communicate crucial parts with the firms and builders

We are NEUSTADTARCHITEKTEN an architectural office working with the BIM workflow. Our software of choice is Archicad.
