This is a brand new tool to help posing figures using a combination of IK and FK, providing a much easier and centralized way of controlling IK on figures, and also allowing visual cues to what parts have IK on or off at any time. In this video, I will make a complete figure pose using IK/FK with the tool in 3 stages:

1. Make her sit on the chair.
2. Cross her legs when seated.
3. Placing her hands over her knee.

With the IK Manager tool, the whole process is quick and easy. It can be done in a couple of minutes, but I took 9 because I am explaining things. :)
