Quick and easy tutorial on a DIY fabric face mask with filter pocket. Easy beginner level sewing.
As a Registered Nurse myself, this project is near and dear to my heart!
Do your part to protect yourself and to protect others in this difficult time! I hope this project makes it easier to do so. This mask is not intended to replace the use of an N95 or better, it is merely to be used to keep the higher rated PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) for those on the front lines or those at high risk. It is also not recommended for children under the age of 2 to wear a mask unless absolutely necessary. Check your local and State recommendations to best keep you and your child safe.
Stay safe and be well friends!
