MINI introduces the all-new 2025 MINI John Cooper Works 2 Door and Convertible models, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s 65-year history. These high-performance vehicles continue the legacy of racing legend John Cooper, featuring enhanced driving dynamics and the iconic go-kart feel.
The 2.0-liter four-cylinder TwinPower Turbo gasoline engine delivers 170 kW (228 hp) and 380 Nm (280 lb-ft) of torque in both models, a notable increase from the previous generation’s 235 lb-ft. This results in impressive acceleration, with the MINI John Cooper Works 2 Door reaching 60 mph in 5.9 seconds, while the Convertible does so in 6.2 seconds. The top speeds are 155 mph (250 km/h) for the 2 Door and 152 mph (245 km/h) for the Convertible.
