In 2002 the Osbourne's took the step to record all the previous drum and bass tracks again with the current band members at the time, Robert Trujilio on the bass and Mike Bordin on the drums. They did this because of the lawsuit that was happening at the time from Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake, the previous band members, and original.

Also in a interview with Max Norman, he believes the producer at the time may of used the incorrect Guitar tracks for the album, and instead used the ones which were the duplicated ones, esstienally the in completed solos and rhythm tracks, as Randy would do multiple takes of the solos. And they also placed Randy within in the rhythm which was incorrect, as he would play ahead of the beat.
