GARY LUCAS: PART 1 LIVE SPITZ 5/04/05
"Legendary left-field guitarist Gary Lucas" (The Guardian) plays here
live solo acoustic in a May 2005 concert at London's now sadly
departed Spitz club, right off Brick Lane in the Spitalfields
district (Jack the Ripper's old stomping grounds), in a concert
captured by a fan. Here Gary rips through "Crawlspace" from his
Tzadik album "Busy Being Born", "Please Allow Me to Look at You
Again" from his album of 30's Chinese pop "The Edge of Heaven", and
"Let's Go Swimming", a tribute to his late friend Arthur Russell.
