INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup (130 g) dried lentils
3 Tbsp (48 g) tahini
1 handful of chopped parsley
3 Tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
2 garlic cloves halved
1/2 tsp ground cumin seeds
1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper to taste
Approx. 6 Tbsp water (depending on desired consistency)
