Today on PTCGO we're looking at the popular Tapu Bulu GX/Vikavolt deck that has been popping up at tournaments. This list is the same as the one Marcus took to a top 4 finish at a recent League Cup. For those unfamiliar with this deck, the goal is to use the Nature's Judgement attack on Tapu Bulu GX to take big OHKOs and the following turn use Vikavolt to power back up your Tapu Bulu GX after discarding its energy.
