We're back with the most detailed, 3 hour long How to Swim video! Quentin is an absolute beginner swimmer. Quentin found Rocket Swimming channel while searching for how to swim video. The reason he wanted to learn swimming to recover from his back and knee injury.
His knee and back got injured when a drunk driver hit him while he was on a police duty. He's a state-trooper and he have also served in a national guard. He feels better and has less pain in his back when he swim because swimming being a low-impact exercise.
He came all the way from Nashville, Tennessee to Austin, Texas to learn swimming to take private swimming lessons with Jonny Rocket. In just 4 days he's transformed from a sinker to swimmer.
