HealthForAll is a virtual cross-border collaboration platform, connecting the international healthcare ecosystem with Taiwan’s dominant industries. Dr Chung-Liang Chien is the CEO of the Institute for Biotechnology and Medicine Industry (IBMI) promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and creating policy dialogues between public and private sectors.
