Dr Chung-Liang Chien is the CEO of the Institute for Biotechnology and Medicine Industry (IBMI) promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and creating policy dialogues between public and private sectors. He also has extensive experience working for the Taiwan government and continues to be an educator as a professor at the National Taiwan University.
