A few hours before President Uhuru Kenyatta released names of his partial cabinet, parliament established a 28-member committee on appointments whose mandate will to vet all cabinet nominees before they are formally appointed. And as Willis Raburu reports the committee will incorporate views from members of the public as part of the vetting process.
