To increase predictability when solving molar crossbites, several approaches are suggested:
1st) first align anterior segment and when it is done, plan posterior movement, setting anterior teeth as unmovable (this equals to extra anchorage)
2nd) use criss cross elastics to support expansion
3rd) add extra buccal root torque (10-15º) and 5mm horizontal attachment to crossed molars to ensure final Wilson curve is flat.
