Beer Review 520: Keeping it Pilz!, Findlay CRAFTed Nano Brewery, Findlay, Ohio.
Acquired: at the Findlay Craft Beer Festival

Anderson and I attended the Findlay Craft Beer Festival and had a great time trying beers from many of Northwest Ohio's finest breweries. For the video we decided to review Keeping It Pilz!, which comes in at 5.5% ABV with 28 IBUs. This poured a pale straw color, and as we were drinking from tiny taster glasses, there was no real head to speak of. The nose was subtle, with a light grainy smell coming through. This was medium light bodied and perfect for the roller coaster of a day that saw sun, rain, mud, and then some high winds. We picked up some light crackery malt and a wee bit of hops. Anderson described this as approachable and a great intro beer for those who are new to craft beer, and I think that perfectly sums this beer up.
