The DRZ400SM and DRZ400S come with a pretty lame carburetor from the factory. Lots of owners upgrade to a Keihin FCR 39mm flat slide. I did that to mine when I had a DRZ400. But what if there's a better option for a carb swap. What if theres a carb kit for the DRZ that comes fully tuned up, gives increased power and response? What if this carb wasn't effected by altitude changes or weather going from hot to cold? What if the carb had no jets and could be adjusted with just a flathead screw drive? Well that's what Lectron fuel systems claim their carburetors can do. So we put that to the test by installing the 4T DRZ400 kit on my brothers 2009 DRZ400SM. The results surprised us all!
