I've been a member of the Metro-Detroit Barre Code community for a few years now and could not be more grateful to be an ambassador and member of our incredible community.

Now that I'm a new mom and getting to the studio isn't as easy for me as it was pre-baby, I am so thankful for The Barre Code's LIVE virtual classes as well as their on-demand library! The Barre Code Metro-Detroit has been instrumental in my physical and mental wellness. I know that every single time I step into one of TBC studios, I am not only going to get an incredible workout, but I’m going to met and embraced by incredible women who not only want the best for themselves but for me as well.
