Here is a gun restoration of an Italian army issue Beretta model 1934 produced in 1940 with a "FAG" proof mark of 1939 which makes is a little bit more rare. This suggests that the handgun was made in 1940 but before october 28 1940. Or "FAG" had not gotten their official proof mark from the mint office in Rome before the pistol was made and roll marked with the 1940 date code. Of course this video will have test firing like all videos. Just a heads up to anyone who reads these, there are some huge iconic firearms coming to the channel this spring and summer.
