2016 was an amazing year for us. I started (almost) daily vlogging to keep track of it all. Here is a taste of what 2016 was like. Looking forward to 2017

This year wasn't a full year of daily vlogging for me. That didn't really pick up until March or so, but even with that limitation, the amount of footage to go through was enormous.

We visited family, we went on road trips, we took flights, we stayed in hotels, we went to the beach, we went to museums, we went to Chuck E Cheese, and we marched in parades.

I went running, I took Divvy bikes, I went on work trips, I got lost, and I always found my way back home.

We had a baby, and it was marvelous. I had already forgotten what it was like to be a family of three, but this reminded me of what that was like. It's amazing how quickly your mind adjusts and forgets to what just happened. It's so easy to let the immediate dominate the overall.

This video took over 15 hours to edit, which is about 15 times longer than I like to take to edit a video, but it was worth every minute.
