Have you seen the Montessori coat flip trick before? It's one of my favorite mom hacks / parenting hacks for winter and we've been using it since our oldest kid was 2 years old! Teach toddler independence any way you can, especially if you have twins or multiple kids, each thing they can do themselves helps you out, and them! Teach your kid to put on their own jacket with the child coat flip, and enjoy a bit less stress in winter getting out the door!!
