No charges were filed against the police officer who shot and killed 22-year-old Amir Locke in February. Officers were executing a no-knock warrant raid at an apartment in Minneapolis as part of an investigation into a homicide in St. Paul. Bodycam video from the incident shows officers entering the apartment, waking and startling Locke who was sleeping on the couch. Upon waking up, Locke grabbed a firearm and pointed it in the direction of officers, who responded to the threat immediately by shooting Locke. The officer that shot Locke, Mark Hanneman, has been back on duty since Feb. 28.
