Do you run your mill in a quiet(ish) environment and have limited space?
I do, so decided to find the best solution to quietly evacuate chips from the milling tool and not take up too much space.
Evacuating chips from the cutting tool also helps to produce a better finish.
In this video I am making a Square End Stop for other milling projects. I am using some techniques thanks to Joe Pieczynski's videos (Thanks for your video inspiration Joe 👍).

The XP-80 pump that I now use produces 80 litres/minute of air output continuously without heating up and does this at less than a whisper quiet conversation. It does this with a simple design using twin diaphragms (a linear pump).
Plus it has 3 years warranty and is designed to last many years.
These pumps are usually used for: -
Oxygen, Septic Tanks, Air Injection, Medical products, etc.
Here is the pump I purchased (non affiliate link): -

To maintain the correct operating air pressure of around 130mbar, I use a Jeton 1/4" Flat Slot Nozzle (size 40) from here (non affiliate link): -
