Moshe gives commandments how to to appoint a king & make a mishneh torah-personal copy of the Torah to study it all his days. Moshe warns against the dark realm of the occult, psychics, fortunetelling, sorcery, witchcraft & more things G-d hates. It applies today. He says G-d will raise-up a prophet just like Moshe, alluding to future prophets & ultimately the Mashiach. He gives rules for war & the role of a priest anointed for war to encourage the army.
