You might have heard of the famous Taiwanese night markets outside of temples, but let me introduce you to some of the tastiest, most traditional ways to start the day! This hidden gem is located near Dadaocheng / Dihua Street, one of my favorite areas of Taipei.
Right outside of the Dadaocheng Cisheng Temple, you can find a myriad of small stalls selling everything from pig blood soup to pork knuckle noodles. Pull up a plastic stool and sit in the shade under the giant trees, enjoying Taiwan's temple entrance food culture at its finest.
