WHAT A WEEK! words cannot describe how grateful I am for this travel experience and the fact that I got to do it with all my best friends made it even more special! On vacation I do my best to prioritize doing what makes me feel like my best self while also living in the moment, enjoying yummy drinks, spending quality time with the people I love and not stressing! life is meant to be enjoyed (on vacation and at home) so do what makes your heart and soul happy!!
especially when it comes to movement I know im my happiest self when I move daily, but at the same time I make sure not to obsess over being perfect on vacation because you only get to do your vacation once but you have your whole life to chase your fitness goals!!
