The BIG secret is… the NFL Commissioner’s Office knows the Patriots didn’t tamper with the game balls. I think you will find this video stimulating and thought-provoking. Because of the big secret… the question I have put on the table for discussion is, should the Senate Judiciary Committee investigate the NFL’s handling of Deflategate.
Background: The Senate Judiciary Committee has broad reaching powers and in 2008 they discussed investigating the NFL in regards to “Spygate”, but the NFL Commissioner’s Office destroyed the evidence and defied the committee. The NFL Commissioner’s Office has put itself in a very precarious position because the American people may be calling on the Senate Judiciary Committee to investigate Deflategate and the NFL’s new brand of “industrial justice”.
