This feature will allow you to pause some apps and stop the notifications for these apps from popping up on the screen.
This can then help you focus on the important things you are doing on your phone.
To do this go to settings.
Then tap on digital wellbeing & parental controls
Tap on "Focus mode"
Now select the apps you want to pause,
let's say
Chrome,
Maps
and Linkedin.
You can now set a schedule
And put a start and end time
You can also turn it on and off as needed.
I will just turn it on for now.
Now if you go to your home screen
you will find Chrome, maps and linkedin have been greyed out.
