The UGC has asked universities across the country to formulate a mechanism that will help students in pursuing two full-time academic programmes simultaneously.
The commission introduced the guidelines for pursuing dual-degree programmes in April 2022. In a recent notice issued by it, the UGC has directed university authorities for devising mechanisms that facilitate students to pursue two academic courses simultaneously.
