few days ago i took my vehicle for the first time to a second service in sga tata service sowripalayam.when i entered to the showroom front desk incharge ms.priyanka gave me a warm welcome .They were very friendly specally my service adviser mr.richard daniel, customer relationship manager mr.gowtham, mr.vinod, house keeping staff aishwarya who took care of me as a king . i feel the care taking of customer value and vehicle both on same. Good hospitality and excellent service done ,didn't charge me any extra fees above their quote,and got it done on time . Very happy with the experience. Hope this will continue for ever..
