This video introduces the genizer series of pneumatic liposome extruders.The Genizer Jacketed Liposome Extruders is compressed air-driven and temperature-controlled, from testing to manufacturing production of liposome and lipopolyplex, for drug and gene delivery. Homogenous samples can be produced quickly and easily in minutes; typically 5-10 passes are sufficient to produce a sample with uniform liposome size.The jacketed liposome extruders have a wide range of processing capacities, from sample volume 2mL to 3L depending on the models. It is suitable for lab scale and pilot scale applications. It is driven by compressed nitrogen cylinder.
