Speaking during a convention of mayors on Tuesday, Duterte insisted the accusations against the former First Family remain unproven.
He made the pronouncements as he justified anew his decision to allow the burial of the late dictator, Ferdinand Marcos, at the Libingan ng mga Bayani in November 2016.
