In December 2018, we inaugurated the first coffee shop complete with in-house coffee roasting (on our 20-kilo vintage roaster) to be located directly on the beach in Tulum, Mexico. We quickly cultivated a beautiful oasis on the shores of the Mexican Caribbean where we not only served hand-crafted coffee drinks, but also hosted more than a handful of hands-on coffee experiences from coffee tastings, to hand roasting, coffee and food pairing, a blissful beach yoga with coffee breakfast collaboration and more.
