Here is how to change the battery on a Dell MS3320W / MS5120W / MS3121WT wireless mouse. The only thing you will need to do this is one AA battery.
First thing you need to do is to locate the notch along the top lid and pry the top lid off from there. Next remove your old battery then replace it with your new one, note that the battery positive side (+) is facing the top of the mouse.
