Borek is usually served in Algeria along side a soup (Chorba) during Ramadan. Borek has a crisp pastry on the outside and cheesy and meaty inside, and its absolutely delicious.
* 500gr beef mince
* 2 medium onions
* oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 0,5 teaspoon cinnamon
* 0,5 teaspoon black pepper
* 2 handfuls of green olives
* 4 large eggs
* 200gr grated cheese
* large handful of parsley
* pack of spring roll pastry
* 1 extra egg for sticking burekas
* oil.for frying
