For most of the year, the first Milton Line train of the day (GO 2706) operates fully in the dark. However in the spring and summer, it is possible to shoot F59 leaders on the Galt sub in lovely golden light. Usually that is not the case until May, but after being delayed by 15 minutes out of Milton due to CP Rail traffic, GO 2706 was able to pull out of Erindale just as the sun was coming up. Leading the train on this day is F59PH 560 as it powers around the wide Erindale curve.
