This is a time lapse video I took with my Nikon Z5 camera using the very handy ResinLapse cable which has a UV light sensor which is placed in the printer and plugs into your Canon or Nikon camera and takes a picture every time the UV light turns on to cure a layer of the model, resulting in a very smooth time-lapse.

The resin I used is Siraya Tech Easy Plant-Based 3D Printer Resin
It is inexpensive, easy to use, and ideal for beginners. It's also low-odor and quick curing as you can see from my settings below.
The settings I used in ChiTuBox for this print on my Elegoo Saturn printer are:
Layer Height: 0.05 mm
Bottom Layer Count: 6
Exposure Time: 2.2 seconds
Bottom Exposure Time: 23 seconds
Transition Layer Count: 10
Rest Time After Retract: 0.5 seconds
Bottom Lift Distance: 6 mm
Lifting Distance: 6 mm
Bottom Retract Distance: 6 mm
Retract Distance: 6 mm
Bottom Lift Speed: 40 mm/min
Lifting Speed: 60 mm/min
Bottom Retract Speed: 130 mm/min
Retract Speed: 160 mm/min
Ambient Room Temperature: 75° F
Under the Advanced Tab:
Anti-aliasing: On
Grey Level: 3
Image Blur: Off
Total print time: 10 hours 46 minutes
