ITRI's Automatic cell production system is able to produce large quantities of cells with stable quality in five steps. The technology offers real-time monitoring of the cell growth environment, cell numbers, cell type, and detection of any contamination of the environment. Also, the entire process features an automated solution exchange procedure, which reduces the chances of contamination of the sterile environment by workers. Labor costs can be reduced by 50%.
