I've been doing a lot of Nergi the last few days. You usually want to grind for a Low HP Nergigante, meaning on the HP range he can get, the lowest would be one where he dies with the fourth SAED. High HP Nergis can survive even a fifth SAED and limp away. This one was (albeit an Investigation one, with low Defense Mod, as it can be seen by the 116 Phial damage) a fairly low HP Nergigante, but he STILL survived the fourth SAED. I will most likely grind for Optional sub 1'30 soon (as of now, I tied with the current WR), but I am currently very busy and out of Vouchers again. If I can't get the desired time until AT Xeno drops, I'll just upload my fastest Optional time. Until then, you can have this run.

I tried it with the XenoLuna CB first (out of curiosity first) and even though I didn't do the math, it felt like it could only keep up with the Blos CB, if I always snipe White Spikes, whereas the Diablos CB would immediately pull ahead if it crits on a Weakspot once or twice. I switched to Blos CB, grinded for a Low HP Nergi but each time I got one, he limped away or something went wrong.

Conclusion:
Blos CB is still the strongest (no surprise). Especially if you are able to crit often.
