Hi Guys, today I’m unboxing the Sun Joe Electric Pressure Washer. LINK to Sun Joe SPX3000 Pressure Washer: [ Ссылка ] Sun Joe sent me this sample unit to test out and show you guys. We will look at all the parts and assemble the unit. I’ll post a review of this pressure washer in a few weeks when it’s nice and sunny out.
Let’s open the box. Take out the parts. This is the pressure washing unit and it looks like we may not have to do too much assembly which is always good. This is the handle with two detergent tanks. We’ve got the trigger gun, spray wand, trigger gun holder, high pressure hose holder, spray wand protector, garden hose adaptor, high pressure hose which is 20 feet long, 5 spray tips, 6 screws - 4 long and 2 short and the instruction manual. The cord length is 35 feet.
You’ll need a Philips head screw driver to put the unit together.
Let’s assemble the unit. Slide the trigger gun holder on the side and you’ll hear it lock. Slide the handle with detergent tanks onto the top back of the unit. Now put the 4 long screws in. Take the tube and push it in here. Next attach the spray wand protector and screw it in with one small screw. Take the high pressure hose holder and slide it in below the tanks. Use the last small screw.
The high pressure hose has one end with a large nut which will connect to the washer and the other end with a smaller nut that connects to the wand. Take the spray wand, put it in the trigger gun and tighten.
Push the hose in and tighten. Put it in the holder. Push the other end into the back and tighten.
To attach a garden hose to the pressure washer, take the garden hose adaptor and screw it in clockwise. Put the hose in and turn the adaptor counter clockwise to tighten.
You can fill the two containers with whatever solution you like and put the cap on. Slide it back and it locks into place. Use the dial for either tank of solution and turn to off when not using.
The 5 spray tips snap on to the spray wand easily. To remove, pull back and it’ll come off.
The 0 degree Orange nozzle delivers a high pressure pencil point jet stream best for small, concentrated areas to remove tar, grease spots and caked mud. The 15 degree yellow nozzle is for intense cleaning on hard surfaces - to strip paint, mildew stains and rust from steel. The 25 degree green nozzle is good for home siding, brick patios, wood siding and driveways. The 40 degree gray nozzle is good for cars, trucks, boats and patio furniture. The black soap nozzle is for cleaning using detergent at a low pressure. Don’t use bleach, ammonia based products or acid-based products.
The unit assembled measures 33.9 inches tall, 13.5 inches wide and 15.6 inches deep. It weighs 31 pounds. It doesn’t take up much space in my garage. I am definitely excited to use this on my siding which should be a light yellow but is not. I’ll also test the pressure washer out on my patio, patio furniture and my car. Subscribe to watch that upcoming review. I’ll see you next time :)
