Anthony Levandowski, the co-founder of Otto — recently acquired by Uber and even more recently “completed the world’s first shipment by self-driving cars” — addressed long-haul inefficiencies through self-driving innovation, tackling issues including fuel consumption, carbon emissions, traffic congestion and accidents.
