SMME's in the Nelson Mandela Bay metro have long complained about being sidelined in major investment projects.
But that's changing with an 11-billion rand investment by a Chinese vehicle manufacturer in the Coega Industrial Development zone.
10 SMME's are involved in the first two phases of the construction of the assembly plant.
